 Jonathan Clark comes to the Firm most recently from 12 years as an attorney with the Social Security Administration's Office of the General Counsel. He represented SSA in medical disbability cases in over 500 federal district and appellate court cases in 25 judicial districts throughout the country as well as the Fifth and Eighth Circuit Courts of Appeals.In addition to his work in federal court, he represented SSA in numerous employment matters before the EEOC. Prior to joining SSA, he worked in private practice in his home state of Utah, where he handled businesss litigation and transactional matters. He is a graduate of the Penn State Dickinson School of Law, where he was a member of the Woolsack Honor Society, and externes for a year at the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Prior to law school, he earned his B.A. in History from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. On a personal note, Jonathan and his wife Annie have been married for 21 years and have 3 children.
