Edward A. Culham

Edward A. Culham is a trial attorney. He spent two years as a criminal prosecutor where he never lost a trial in seven trial appearances in county court. After that, he spent several years reviewing documents for discovery in large litigation cases. He joined the firm in January of 2025. 

Edward is currently admitted to practice law in Texas. 

Edward received his Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law after receiving a B.A. in Philosophy from Baylor University where he graduated in the Honors Program. While in law school, he contributed over two hundred hours of public service at the Dallas County Public Defender's office as an intern and won first place in semester-end mock jury trial for SMU's Trial Advocacy Course. 

Beyond the law, Edward is Chair of his city's Board of Adjustments and Standards Commission (a quasi-judicial government board that reviews appeal of administrative decisions) and is a member of his city's EDC/CDC (Economic Development Corporation and Community Development Corporation). 

Edward also enjoys exercise, reading and video games.
