 Rebecca McReynolds is a new attorney with experience in both criminal and civil litigation. While in law school, Rebecca interned with the District Attorney's office for the South Judicial Circuit in Bainbridge, Georgia where she was exposed to every aspect of the criminal process. Rebecca also interned at both a large personal injury firm and a construction litigation firm, which provided her with practical experience, primarily in personal injury. Rebecca is licensed to practice law in Texas. Rebecca received her Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida. At Barry, Rebecca served as both an Associate Editor and Editor-in-Chief of the Environmental and Earth Law Journal. Rebecca's article discussing the legal ramifications of utilizing nuclear energy as fuel for the commercial shipping industry was chosen to be published. Rebecca was then elected to be Editor-in-Chief where she not only managed the activities of the journal, but also worked closely with the Dean of School to manage budgets and maintain the integrity of the journal. Rebecca was also chosen to be a Dean's Study Fellow for a tenured professor in contract law. Rebecca received undergraduate degrees in both economics and international affairs from the University of Georgia in 2019.
