Molly J. Kaelin


Molly Kaelin is a registered patent attorney. Her practice includes patent, trademark, copyright, insurance defense, and civil litigation. Whether she is creating litigation strategies, preparing for mediation, or writing motions, she always puts her client’s needs first.

A Florida native, Molly earned a Bachelor of Science from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida and Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida. While in law school, Molly interned in the Office of Patent Legal Administration at the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Alexandria, Virginia. She has always had a passion for community service and received the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award from Stetson College of Law. She moved to Texas shortly after graduation and joined our firm as law clerk while studying for the Texas Bar Exam.

In her free time, Molly enjoys playing golf and visiting local businesses in Downtown Sherman with her husband.
