Pratima Shrestha is a young attorney with diverse experience in civil and criminal litigation, legal research and client advocacy.
Pratima received her Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2025 and is licensed to practice in Texas and in Nepal. Pratima’s background combines international litigation with hands on exposure to the U.S. legal system, particularly personal injury litigation.
Pratima received her integrated undergraduate law degree in Bachelor of Arts Bachelor of Laws from Tribhuvan University, Nepal Law Campus, Kathmandu, Nepal. While in her law school, she participated and excelled in mock trials and reputable international moot court competitions sharpening her legal research and advocacy skills. She interned with Nepal Law commission and the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs in Nepal. Pratima worked as an attorney in a litigation law firm in Nepal and has experience working as a legal assistant in personal injury law firm.
In her free time, Pratima enjoys reading books, and experimenting with new food recipes. Pratima loves hiking and being close to nature.
