Dwight Abey Chacko is a Texas-licensed litigation attorney practicing insurance defense, bringing a grounded, practical perspective to his legal work. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Austin College in 2015 and his Juris Doctor from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 2019. Dwight’s path to the legal profession is shaped by a diverse personal and professional background that informs his approach to advocacy, problem-solving, and client service.
Originally from Canadian County, Oklahoma, Dwight spent much of his formative years in Plano, Texas, where he graduated from Plano East Senior High School in 2011.
Before entering the legal field, Dwight held a variety of roles across multiple industries, including work as a tire mechanic, in business development, and in restaurant and retail management. These experiences sharpened his ability to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life, manage competing priorities, and approach challenges with practicality and persistence.
Dwight began his legal career with The LeCrone Law Firm as a law clerk, where he trained under experienced trial attorneys and gained hands-on exposure to all phases of litigation. During this time, he developed a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, case analysis, and trial preparation. He successfully passed the Texas Bar Examination in July 2025 and now practices as an associate attorney with the firm. Based in Dallas, Dwight is proud to serve clients in the community he calls home and is committed to providing diligent, thoughtful representation in every matter he handles.
